Whether this is your 1st visit for a massage or your 100th; Heather works with your desired outcomes to provide you a treatment that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Heather primarily focuses on therapeutic massage, treatment of injuries and sports injury prevention. Heather believes in aiding the client with self-care (stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy) in order to decrease pain and increase the speed of healing, allowing for a quick return to training or normal activity. Prenatal massage is also available.
