About

Heather graduated from the renowned Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2004. The majority of her practice focuses on injuries and aiding the client with self-care (stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy) in order to decrease pain and increase the speed of healing, allowing for a quick return to training or normal activity.
Heather is no stranger to sport injuries and training. Heather has completed 6 half marathons, Around the Bay 30k Road Race and trains in the Martial Arts - Karate & Tai Chi.
Apart from massage, Heather has worked in Aquatics for 21 years, in multiple municipalities across the GTA and maintains Lifesaving Society Instructor Trainer status in 4 disciplines. Heather officiates at National & Provincial Lifesaving Sport Competitions and continues to teach Lifeguard, First-Aid/ CPR & AED courses, when her schedule allows.
Heather is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.
