About

Heather graduated from the renowned Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2004. The majority of her practice focuses on injuries and aiding the client with self-care (stretching, strengthening and hydrotherapy) in order to decrease pain and increase the speed of healing, allowing for a quick return to training or normal activity.
Heather is no stranger to sport injuries and training. Heather has completed 5 half marathons, Around the Bay 30k Road Race and trains in the martial arts.
Think you have met Heather before? You may have. Heather has worked in Aquatics for 20 years, in various municipalities across the GTA. She still holds Lifesaving Society Instructor Trainer status in 4 disciplines, officiates at National and Provincial Lifesaving Sport Competitions and teaches when her schedule allows.
Heather is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.
